We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy so if you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it within 14 days and receive a refund.

If you want to make a return order (part or complete), please print and fill out the form below and send it together with the goods.

Pack the return shipment well and sturdy. The postal company use machines that aren’t capable of sorting delicate packages and the goods are bound to get damaged. If we receive damaged goods, we cannot give you a refund unfortunately.
